Electrical Deptt. & Mech. Deptt. in Vadodara Division of Western Railway.

Age Limits: The candidates should have completed 15 years of age
and should not have completed
24 years of age as on date of notification i.e.24.10.2017.
Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in case of SC/ST candidates, 3 years in case of OBC candidates.
Accordingly, for different communities, the eligible date of birth range shall be as follows:

Selection Process : Selection of the eligible candidates for imparting training under the Apprentice Act, 1961 will be based on the merit list which would be prepared taking the average of the percentage marks obtained by the candidates in both matriculation (With minimum 50% (aggregate) marks and ITI examination giving equal weight age to both. There will be no written test or viva.
Engineering Graduates and Diploma holders are not eligible to apply for apprenticeship in response to this notification as they are governed by a separate scheme of apprenticeship.
Training & Stipend:-
Training will be arranged in accordance with the standards and syllabus prescribed by the Central apprenticeship Council. The selected candidates will be paid stipend during apprenticeship at the prescribed rates as per extant instructions
Fee:-A
postal Order/Demand Draft of Rs. 100/- payable to Sr.DFM/Vadodara as
processing fee which is not refundable is to be enclosed with the application
form. Remittance of fee in any other form will not be accepted. No fee is
required to be paid by SC/ST/PH/Women candidates
